Cancellation Policy
We strictly abide by cancellation policy but we always make sure that we are fair both to our customers and our affiliate artisans.
If you think you've ordered a wrong item or you just changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 12 hours or purchase and we will refund your money. That's after you received an e-mail regarding order confirmation.

We do not entertain cancellations beyond 12 hours simply because the artisans are currently notified by then. We hope you understand that artisans exert time and effort to look for the resources and to specially hand-made each product. We also compensate the artisans for their craft.
Lastly, we reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order if we will not be able to fulfill it on time. Nonetheless, we will notify you via e-mail in case an order will be canceled and a refund will be processed.
