Our Support Team is composed of Customer Service veterans who can easily understand and handle your concerns. Our main goal is to build a long-term relationship with our clients.

Payments are processed and secured by Paypal and Norton. We also use Paypal gateway to process credit card transactions. No need to create a Paypal account, just put your credit card information. 

However, to those who prefer to send their payments manually either via a payment center or over-the-counter, we also make it easy for you to make a payment. These are the instructions for each transaction:

 

BANK DEPOSIT OR OVER-THE-COUNTER PAYMENT
Instructions:
1. Deposit the amount to the following Metrobank account:

2. Write your full name on the deposit slip. Fill in the necessary information required by Metrobank.

3. Send a clear copy of your proof of payment (picture or scanned document) via e-mail to support@ablenandartisans.com

4. Include these information in your e-mail:

Bank branch where the payment was deposited:

ONLINE BANKING
Instructions:
1. Transfer the amount to the following Metrobank account:

CEBUANA LHUILLIER
Instructions:
1. Visit any branch of Cebuana Lhuillier near you.

2. Get a form from the guard and fill in this information:
Transaction Type: Payment
Sender: Your full name
Receiver: Jenalyn B. Ablen
Personal Message: Order Payment
Mobile Number: Your mobile number
E-mail: Your e-mail address
Amount: the total amount of your order

3. Present one valid ID (government or company ID) upon giving the accomplished form. Make sure all the information you wrote are accurate especially the names to prevent order delays.

4. Give the exact amount to be paid.

5. Secure the Pera Padala Form and take note of the control number indicated.

6. Send a clear copy of your proof of payment (picture or scanned document) via e-mail to support@ablenandartisans.com

7. Include these information in your e-mail:

Instructions:
1. Visit any Palawan Pawnshop branch or Palawan Express Pera Padala outlet.

2. Fill-out the Send Money Form using the following information:

REMINDERS:
*Any transaction fees will be shouldered by the customer, not the merchant.
*We will wait for your proof of payment before we process your order.
*We will send an e-mail notification once payment was confirmed. The delivery timeframe will start after we received your payment.
