Delivery Policy

Ablen and Artisans has its own courier services who use motorcycles for faster delivery. That's why we do not charge for shipping fee within Metro Manila as long as it is not more than 4 kilos. For provincial, we have other couriers who can still deliver door-to-door. We are also planning to deliver nationwide to charge lesser fees for shipping.

We prioritize perishable goods such as foods, flowers and newspapers, to be delivered same-day. We do not guarantee specific delivery time for customized and made-to-order items. Made-to-order items take 3-4 days to be created depending on its length and design.This means that our estimated delivery time is 6-7 days after the order was finished by the artisan. Don't worry, we notify customers via e-mail regarding the status of the order.

In the event that an order will be delayed due to weather, inaccessibility to the village or barangay, road closure and incorrect or insufficient address provided at the time of the order will be rescheduled the soonest possible time and is not subject for refund or cancellation after the initial delivery attempt. Thus, we notify customers if these rare scenarios happened.
